TRAINING CONCEPTS SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

By opting in to or using the Training Concepts Text Message Service (as defined below), you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not participate in the Text Message Service.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

This agreement is between you and Training Concepts, including its affiliates.

All references to “Training Concepts,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to:

These Terms apply solely to the Text Message Service and do not modify other agreements you may have with us.

DEFINITIONS

“Opting In,” “Opt In,” or “Opt-In” means requesting, enrolling in, agreeing to, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive text messages.

“Text Message Service” means any arrangement or situation in which Training Concepts sends one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

By Opting In, you consent to receive text messages from Training Concepts.

Consent may be obtained verbally, in writing, electronically, or by initiating a text message to us. Consent is not a condition of purchase or enrollment unless expressly stated.

E-SIGN DISCLOSURE

By consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the use of electronic records to document your consent.

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic records at any time by replying STOP.

PURPOSE OF THE TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE

The Text Message Service is intended for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and Training Concepts employees, including but not limited to:

Service-related notifications

Scheduling, reminders, or confirmations

One-to-one support or administrative communications

Messages are not sent using automated dialing systems for mass marketing purposes unless explicitly disclosed.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us.

You may receive:

An initial confirmation or informational message

Follow-up messages based on your inquiries or responses

Replies to HELP requests or support communications

COSTS AND CARRIER CHARGES

Training Concepts does not charge for text messages.

However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier.

Training Concepts is not responsible for carrier charges.

OPTING OUT

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying:

STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE

After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message.

Because this is a person-to-person communication service, opt-out requests apply to the specific conversation and phone number used.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to consent to participate in the Text Message Service.

You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

Text Message Service availability may vary by carrier, device, or geographic location.

Delivery is subject to transmission delays, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued participation in the Text Message Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
