This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Training Concepts collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with its Text Message Service.

Information collected through the Text Message Service is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or to comply with legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

OPT-OUT AND USER CHOICES

You may opt out of the Text Message Service at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message.

After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. Opt-out requests apply to the specific conversation and phone number used.
